so, yesterday i was trying to figure out how to cancel my bp pulse subscription and it was honestly a bit of a maze! i was trying to downgrade since i don't use the business charging solutions as much anymore, and it wasn't as straightforward as just clicking a button in the app. the actual charging, like for the chademo, has been great and super reliable, and i love that it's usually available. i've used them alongside Instavolt and Gridserve and bp pulse usually holds its own. but seriously, make cancelling easier for 3.4 million customers, folks! 🤦♀️
